The new visa Subclass 491 replaced Subclass 489 last year and came into effect from 16th November 2019.
Subclass 491 allows the candidate to work/live/study in some specified regional areas of Australia, excluding major cities Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane
The visa enables the immigrant to come and stay/work in the country for a period of 5 years in designated regional centers, which lists Adelaide, Gold Coast Sunshine Coast, Canberra, Newcastle/Lake Macquarie, Wollongong/Illawarra, Geelong and Hobart.

Candidate should be under 45 years of age
