Canada's province Quebec launched a few days back a new points system for immigrants in the Arrima expression of interest pool.
The profiles of the Immigrants will be awarded points through the new policy depending on two factors: human capital and Quebec's labour market needs. Depending on these criteria points are allotted.
Total points available are 1,320, out of which 580 are for human capital and 740 for labour market, which plays a key role in the classification of immigration profiles.
