Canada is moving forward according to its immigration plan 20121-2023 issued at the end of 2020.
As per the 2021-2023 Immigration Levels Plan, Canada aims to welcome new immigrants at a massive level for three successful years, 401,000 in 2021, 411,000 in 2022, and 421,000 in 2023.
Canada is willing to welcome abroad skilled people to fulfil the shortage of a skilful workforce. Another main reason why the Canadian government wants to invite immigrants is that immigrants are one of the larger sources of income to the country.
