Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only if requested in writing within 24 hours of payment and before services are initiated.

Once counseling, documentation, training, or application processing has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Service fees are generally non-refundable once availed.

Refunds may only be granted in cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions due to technical error.
  • Service non-delivery attributable to Exxeella.

No refunds will be entertained for:

  • Visa rejection.
  • University admission denials.
  • Personal decision changes by the student/client.
  • Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
